Who do I contact if I have questions about a specific product service or food item?Â
First step is to contact the Black Business Owner though their profile/email/phone number and ask them directly.
Each Black Business Owner follow their own refund/exchange policies contact them directly. If no resolution is met you can escalate it in our resolution center. Once a case is open all communication needs to be inside the resolution center. Until resolved. Â
Each Black Business Owner follows their own shipping methods and they may be different. You can view a Black Business Owner's shipping policy in their profile prior to checking out. Â
All BBO are required to agree to our terms and to the fact that they are indeed a Black Owned shop/business and or service provider. Â
We also require all business owners about their ethnicity identifying their African roots.Â
Also the business owner must upload a profile image of themselves. (id passport or license). Â
We take these measures to ensure that our are members are indeed supporting a Black owned shop, making these factors very important and necessary.Â
Despite our measures we may encounter posers(people pretending to be black owned). If we become aware of posers we will fully investigate, immediately deactivate and proceed according to our policies. Additionally we will prevent that business from re-registering in the future. Once successfully logged in Â
On the left side is your control panel Click Services and a drop-down box will appear with 3 options:Â

Services- a list of your saved services will appear here.  You can edit/delete current services from here.Â
Create-Where you add your services.Â
Inquiry-List of potential customers who were interested in your service.Â

Choose Create option and it will open a screen called Service Details. Â
Input the information for your new service include as much information as possible.Â
Add a picture that represent the service described: Â
Please Note: Edit your pictures before uploading. If uploading more than 1 picture, select all of the pictures you want to upload and upload them at once. Otherwise it will override previously uploaded pictures. Â

Service Price: The first box is the price and the second box it is representing time measurements. Minutes/hours Â
Review your new service and if you approve click the green Post service tab at the bottom. Â
It should say successful and redirect you to you to your current services listÂ

All Product-List of all your products this is where you will view/manage/edit/delete/publish and or feature your productsÂ
Product stock- Where you will add quantity to your  inventoryÂ
to add a product Choose Create Product option in upper right hand corner it will open a screen called Product Details. Â
Input the information for your new product include as much information as possible. Products should be uploaded by sizes (example small shirt large shirt)Â Â
Marketing tip 101-Be sure to add tags relevant to your product and SEO friendly title & description.  Â
If you need to add more information you can add fields at the bottom of the pageÂ
Click Next arrow go to the Next tab is Business DetailsÂ
-to add price shipping tax & and discounts you want to add can be added hereÂ
Click Next arrow go to the Next tab is Customer choice optionsÂ
-add color options hereÂ
