2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must register for an account and keep your credentials secure.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, especially purchases and messaging vendors.

3. Vendor vs. DVN Roles

  • Vendors control product listings, pricing, shipping, returns, and customer communication.

  • DVN acts as the platform—processing payments, hosting content, and helping customers when vendors do not respond.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Payments are securely processed at checkout.

  • Refunds are handled primarily by the vendor; DVN steps in if unresolved.

5. Intellectual Property
All DVN trademarks, logos, content, and design are our property. You may not use them without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

  • Post illegal or infringing content.

  • Engage in hate speech, harassment, or fraud.

  • Use bots or scrapers.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in illegal activity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about service availability or vendor performance.

9. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DVN and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or punitive damages stemming from your use of the platform.
