If you receive a damaged or defective item or if you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for returning items.

All sales are final.  Gifted Diva Accessories is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have shipped.

Note: You have up to 7 days to put in a request to return any of our products. 

Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt.  Items must be in original condition (no damage) with a return shipping fee to be paid by the customer.
